La comida, deberíande mejorarla, el aceite con que hicieron los panqueques sabia como a reutilizado, en general la comida no es muy buena y cierran muy temprano el restaurante entre semana, además no tenían suficiente comida, solo cierta cantidad por lo que tuvimos que ir cambiando de elección del menú.

La amabilidad de personal.

La amabilidad de personal. Específicamente del personal de cocina y piscina. Briseida y César.

Estaba descuidado. Sucio en el dormitorio había una cucaracha, en la brñara una araña, en la comida salió un pelo y restos de una esponja para lavar platos en apariencia. No tenían pollo. Al querer hablar Con alguien de administración a las 930 pm, ya no había nadie en el hotel. Para terminar se fue el agua el día que hacía el check out. Había ido 4 o 5 veces, por esa razón volví a ir alli, en definitivo NO vuelvo a visitar.

Perfecta

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, el baño muy bien, la atencion del personal y la comida muy buena. La playa estaba limpia y las instalaciones en general muy buenas

Pienso que falta un poco de señalizacion en la entrada, si no fuera por Waze hubiera sido un poco dificil de encontrar.

La atención al cliente de los empleados es excelente, muy...

La atención al cliente de los empleados es excelente, muy cálida, también el servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado es muy bueno y la señal de televisión y wifi es muy buena cuentan con fácil acceso a la playa. La comida también muy rica. Tomamos el tour de los manglares con Antonio y recomendado ( es empleado del Hotel y nos atendió muy bien). El pueblo de Monterrico esta a 3 kilómetros en donde se encuentra de todo.

Creo que deben de mejorar el mantenimiento a toda el área en donde esta la piscina porque si estaba algo sucio el azulejo, más cambiadores y baños en el área porque no son suficientes cuando entra gente con daypass y también mejorar con más juegos para niños y sombras. El área de la playa enfrente del hotel debería de ser limpiada como cortesía del hotel y los días que estuve no fue así. Llevar repelente porque hay muchos muchos zancudos, tal vez podrían rosear insecticida como cortesía por las tardes para contrarrestar.

Un lugar para pasar el día

La comida es muy buena, sobre todo el ceviche. La piscina es de un buen tamaño y la playa esta cerca. Se puede rentar motos de playa (cuidado con los perros callejeros que intentan morder, es parte de la aventura en moto). Y bueno, el hotel es limpio, pequeño y bonito.

Para el precio por día (temporada baja Q1000 la noche) las camas no son nada comodas, claro que se puede dormir un par de noches pero deberían invertir más en la comodidad de las habitaciones. Luego de haber comido rico, estar relajado e irte a dormir en camas incomodas, duras y viejas? Una persona llega a esos lugares a relajarse, a buscar comodidad, no a estar luchando contra un colchon viejo, pues no dan ganas de volver a dormir ahí. No es ningun hostal ni hotel low cost, asi que espero puedan solucionarlo pronto. Y también deberían de ser más amables en la recepción, dos de tres personas tenían muy mal carácter y eso que no soy ningun huesped complicado. De lo contrario, bonito hotel y la comida es excelente! El personal del restaurante si estuvo a la altura, excelente y rápida atención.

Lugar perfecto para vacacionar en familia

El hotel es súper limpio y el staff súper atento y orientado al cliente. El mantenimiento del lugar es de alta calidad. La comida con buen sabor y buen sazón.

Pedimos un cuarto cuádruple y 1 de las camas era súper firme (muy firme para mi gusto). El restaurante tuvo problemas de abastecimiento pero supongo que por la fecha en que fui porque varios ingredientes no estaban disponibles.

„Ich war eine Woche dort und habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.

Ich war eine Woche dort und habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Raum ist geräumig und gemütlich Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und der neue Manager Kenneth Escoto ist sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort zum entspannen,für mich perfekt. Auch das Essen ist lecker. Alles rundum zu empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfeundschaft.

The breakfast was really good and the location was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the attention was great. The pool was clean and had spaces to seat, swim and relax with a beautiful view of the beach.

The rooms are of basic standard (don't expect an european 4-star facility) but the beach area and the garden with the pool with the bar are really taken care of. The hotel is located inbetween two villages, so it's out of any activity, but it takes only 10 min. by car to reach the central part of Monterrico, if you wish. We preferred to enjoy pure relax. Wide black beach, big waves, warm ocean, beautiful sunset. And surprisingly good restaurant - try their fish, any style, all are great!

Nice place, but it can be better.

Easy to find and get there, it was in good shape, although outside the pool needs maintenance. The property is big enough, it has 15 accommodations, but it accepts visitors for the day :( . At night the surrounding area is very quiet, and you can listen to the ocean, that is a plus. The service of its employees was very, very good. Thanks for their effort...

It needs more plants around the accommodations, it only has palm trees and grass, other hotels in the area have better gardens. The rooms have wood ceiling, and are one next to the other, so it is not very quiet, specially with little kids around. The food and beverages were very good, but kind of expensive compared to other hotels, and they got without very important ingredients like potatos for the french fries and bananas for the banana pancakes. I think it was just bad luck...

Lovely experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The water pressure on the shower and the sink tap was great, which is quite rare sometimes. Air conditioning in the room at your discretion which was perfect. Had small issues with the power and the electricity stopped for the entire hotel for 1 minute in 2 nights, but not a big deal. Loved the outside shower next to the swimming pool. The staff offered us to order the food for lunch in advance so we don’t have to wait too much, as many people from outside are coming to use the pool and eat at the restaurant, and can get a bit busy sometimes. The car was parked in front of the reception and a security guard was at the gate all the time, which is perfect. Overall a great experience!

The first day we have been served an expired bottle of Coca Cola, and the following day one of the dishes we have ordered, was brought with the fish not entirely cooked, but this can happen in any restaurant. We just addressed the issue with the waitress and the food was exchanged, so not a big deal.
